Who we are
LoveDesk is an independent software assistant for adults 18 and over. It helps you manage your own dating account on your own device. It is not affiliated with Tinder or Match Group.
What LoveDesk does not collect
- Your dating-app password or login. You sign in to your dating account yourself, inside LoveDesk on your phone, and that sign-in stays on your device.
- We do not sell your data and do not use your conversations to train shared AI models.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address and the device you chose, so we can tell you when LoveDesk is available.
- Your setup answers: the short “about you” answers and any dealbreakers you add, used only so your messages are true and sound like you.
- Message drafting: to suggest replies, the relevant chat text and profile details are sent to our AI provider to generate options. They are used only to produce your suggestions.
- Basic usage and cost records: such as how many profiles were reviewed and AI usage, to run and bill the service.
Other people’s information
LoveDesk reads the profiles and messages of people you match with only as needed to show you options and draft replies for you. We keep only what is needed for your own agent to work.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you close it.
